Established in 2014, MBA Consulting Club is a student-run management consulting firm and the leading management consulting organization at University of Sydney.

Our mission is to engage, empower and create tangible and sustainable impact on our clients and the MBA candidates looking to transition to Management Consulting. We aim to bring management consulting capabilities and skillset into the MBA candidates across a range of backgrounds.

HOW WE WORK

Our focus is to create meaningful impact for the clients who cannot afford to Hire Tier 1 Management Consulting firms. We offer solutions and valuable deliverables which are structured and offer in-depth analysis of the client’s ecosystem. We believe that a great strategy arises from a synthesis of data, discussion, and creativity. We apply a rigorous framework to all our problem solving engagements starting with problem definition, framework conceptualization and ending with a conclusion supported by heavy analysis and research.

PROJECT STRUCTURE

Our engagements with clients typically run for a period of 8-12 weeks. However, longer projects and specifically arranged projects may result in longer relationships. A Project Team consists of one Team lead or Project manager with one to three consultants. Deliverables are frequently validated by our board of advisors. The frequency of deliverables is variable and to be decided mutually by both the client and the Project Team.
